Ramaniya / Company / We / Us refers to Ramaniya Financial Services Private Limited, described as an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor operating www.ramaniya.com. Platform includes the website, mobile application, APIs, and related digital interfaces used for mutual fund transaction and service facilitation. User / You / Investor covers individuals, HUFs, and eligible entities using the platform or its services.

Services are described to include distribution of direct and regular mutual fund schemes, SIP facilitation, portfolio tracking, investor education content, and ancillary digital services. Defined operational terms in the document include AMC, AMFI, SEBI, KYC, SIP, NAV, and Applicable Laws.

Use, registration, or access to the platform is described as unconditional acceptance of the Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Document, and other referenced platform policies. Aggregate liability, if any, is stated to be capped at the total distribution commission attributable to the specific transaction over the preceding twelve months. Users agree to indemnify Ramaniya and related parties for claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from breach of the Terms, violation of law, false information, unauthorised access, or user-initiated transactions.

The terms provide a grievance officer contact structure for investor complaints and disputes.
